SPX respects and upholds your rights to privacy protection under the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and any similar legislation applicable to SPX.
Collection of Information
We collect and receive the following types of personal information about you when you use the Website:
Information You Provide Directly. You may choose to provide information about yourself directly to us. For example, when you use the Contact Us feature, we ask for your name and contact information. This information is necessary so that we may respond to your request.
If you do not provide the personal information SPX requests, we may not be able to provide you with our services or products.

We do not knowingly collect, receive or hold personal information about children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected, received or hold personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information from our database.
Access and Correction of Your Personally Identifiable Information
You may request access to personal information about yourself held by SPX by writing to SPX’s Privacy Department at the address below. We will take reasonable steps to provide you with access if we are able to do so. If we are unable to provide you with access, we will explain why. Where SPX holds information that you are entitled to access, SPX will endeavor to provide you with a suitable range of choices as to how you access it (e.g., emailing or mailing it to you).
If you have submitted personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, email address, or credit card number) through our Website and believe that it is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, then you may request amendment of it. SPX will consider if the information requires amendment. If SPX does not agree that there are grounds for amendment, then SPX will add a note to the personal information stating that you disagree with it.

Cookies, Web Beacons, and Similar Technologies
SPX — as well as certain third parties that provide content, functionality, or business services on the Website — uses a variety of technologies to learn more about how people use the Website. This section provides more information about some of those technologies and how they work.
Other local storage. We, along with third-party partners, may use other kinds of local storage, such as Local Shared Objects (also referred to as “Flash cookies”) and HTML5 local storage, in connection with the Website.
