Emulsifying Equipment

The GS emulsifying machine EM and the emulsifying system ERS combine the pre-emulsification and the high shear process in one. The continuous shearing of the product results in a homogeneous distribution of oil and water drops and, consequently, you will obtain the desired viscosity.

In order to manufacture fine food products with ingredients containing particles, a mixer can be used in connection with the emulsifying machine. The mixer is used to apply a gentle mixing of the product (whereby the particles are mixed into the product).
