Temperate Area Fruit Juice

SPX FLOW has extensive experience in the processing of a wide range of temperate fruit juices including:

These temperate area fruits are processed using similar process equipment, but each has particular characteristics which affect the exact method of extraction and thermal treatment. Most of these fruits contain pectin, which needs to be removed in order to produce a clear end product.
