Oil de-aerator - Tigerloop® Original

Tigerloop makes a one-pipe system possible for all types of oil heating installations helping to ensure environmental safety, cost-effectiveness and reliability.

Features

In an oil heating system using a Tigerloop®, all oil passes through the automatic oil de-aerator, which effectively removes all gas/air bubbles from the system. This eliminates oil pump and nozzle problems associated with gas/air in the oil.

The improved original, third-generation automatic oil de-aerator. The innovation presented by Tigerholm in 1971 has for over 30 years made oil heating installations more efficient, safe and environmentally friendly. To be combined with a separate oil filter.

Features

The New Tigerloop® Combi 3 offers several advantages thanks to the integrated shut-off valve for simple filter change and service. The integrated oil filter allows the possibility of choosing different oil filter inserts depending on the need. There is an optional integrated vacuum gauge for full control and easy troubleshooting. The installation is done with fewer connections simplifying the installation and reducing the risk for leakage.

Oil de-aerator - Tigerloop® Plus

Tigerloop Plus oil de-aerator includes vacuum meter, shut-off valve and spin-on paper filter. 

Features 

In an oil heating system using a Tigerloop®, all oil passes through the automatic oil de-aerator, which effectively removes all gas/air bubbles from the system. This eliminates oil pump and nozzle problems associated with gas/air in the oil.

The Tigerloop® Plus has been developed to meet the highest demands for cleaner air-free oil. The smart, all-in-one design includes a vacuum gauge for full control and simple troubleshooting, a shut off valve for easy service and a Spin-on paper filter for the toughest filtration needs. This unit has an extremely large filtration area of 1850 cm2 with a filtration grade of 20 microns.

The Tigerloop Twin is comprised of two units of standard Tigerloop® conveniently connected in parallel and combined with a separate oil filter. The oil filter (tank connection) can be installed on either side of the unit. The Tigerloop Twin is for larger capacity burners up to 2000 kW.

Tigerloop Bio – Biofuel and Heating oil Compatible. Removes gas (air bubbles) from fuel before the fuel reaches the burner.

Features

Tigerloop Bio is developed for Biofuel (Bio-liquids) produced to EN 14213, Heating Oil and C2 Kerosene. Also suitable for blends of the same of up to B100. To be combined with a separate biofuel filter.

Suitable for indoor installation (UK & IE markets)

The Tigerloop Bio model is constructed externally of metal materials making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation in the UK & IE. The Tigerloop automatically and continuously de-aerates the fuel by venting to the atmosphere. This is the only way to prevent air or gas bubbles, which form during suction of oil from the tank, from entering the burner. This proven method of de-aeration ensures the best possible efficiency for the heating system.

Installation codes vary on different markets. Always follow local regulations or installation codes when installing any model of Tigerloop.

Tigex Draught Stabilizers
Draught stabilisers

The draught stabiliser keeps the draught constant during the entire heating season and thereby secures optimal combustion. The draught stabiliser is also very important in ventilating condensate in the chimney.

Features

Tigex draught stabiliser, developed and patented by SPX Tigerholm, is manufactured in stainless steel and is the market's only draught stabiliser with a fully balanced damper. In practical terms, this means it can be fitted in almost any position (angled, vertical or horizontal). Since its market introduction in Sweden in 1994, Tigex continues to be the first choice among the HVAC installers and boiler manufacturers of the private house segment.

 

 

Tigerstop Anti-siphon Valve
Heating Products

Eliminates the risk of oil leakage in an oil heating system.

Features

A leak in the suction pipe of an oil installation may cause damage to the environment. The best insurance against a leak is the Tigerstop anti-siphon valve in the suction pipe. Should a leak occur in the suction pipe between the Anti-siphon valve and the burner, the valve will prevent the oil in the tank from being siphoned off.

When the burner is not in operation, a spring-assisted piston shuts off the suction pipe between the tank and the remaining system. Once the pump is switched on, the underlying pressure opens the valve. During the operating time of the burner, the valve remains open. If a leak occurs in the suction pipe, the underlying pressure disappears and the valve is closed.

Tigerflex Floating suction line
Heating products

Tigerflex floating suction line leaves the dirt in the oil tank. 

Features 

Sludge, dirt and water collect at the bottom of almost all oil storage tanks. Paraffin sediments also often occur in cold oil. Tigerflex is an ingenious and simple tool for leaving all sludge, dirt, etc. in the tank. The float follows the oil level and ensures that only clean and water-free oil is sucked to the burner.

By using Tigerflex you eliminate nozzle and filter problems caused by sludge, dirt, paraffin and water in the oil. The result is a more reliable and efficient heating installation.

The Tigerflex floating suction hose consists of a rubber hose with a float in one end and a pipe in the other end. The float and the rubber hose are made of high-quality oil-resistant material. The pipe is fitted to a connecting nipple mounted on the top of the tank, which is connected to the suction pipe.
