干燥塔

干燥塔提供标准尺寸，直径从 200 mm至 2500 mm。 标准结构材料为不锈钢。 干燥塔也可选择采用哈氏合金或其他耐腐蚀材料。 进风温度超过500°C的干燥塔配备有特殊的耐热不锈钢空气分配器。

该旋转闪蒸干燥机提供：

  • 连续加工工艺并且加工时间短，得率高

  • 完整的温度和速度控制，实现最佳干燥和最短停留时间

  • 运用特殊进料搅拌器和螺杆输送机，来避免搭桥效应

  • 干燥塔采用获得专利的倒置锥形底座和转子系统，可实现气流速度控制、高效的干燥和产品的保护

 

小型设备

小型即装即用型旋转闪蒸干燥设备可用于研发和小规模生产。 它们操作简单，清洗时拆卸方便。
