信頼性が高くメンテナンスが容易

エクストララージプラグフランジ

プラグインフランジは、大きいフランジも用意されており、下部の開口部からアジテーターヘッド全体を取り出すことができます。

インペラ速度モニタリング

タンク内部で問題が生じたり、運転エラーにより、撹拌機ヘッドに最大トルクを超える力が発生した場合、磁気カップリングが外れる様になっています。 この状況では、シャフトが回転していても、ギアボックスの回転は停止します。 本異常を監視するため、アジテーターヘッド用にオプションで非接触
式 rpm センサーを提供しています。


TriClamp によるドライブ シェルの取り付け

TriClamp フィッティングの装着で、オートクレーブ向け撹拌機など、特殊工具不要ですばやく取り外すことができます。 代案として、バヨネット金具もございます。

取り外し工具

着脱式格納シェル（プラグイン）用のオプションの工具です。 このツールにより、タンクから格納シェルを容易かつ丁寧に取り外すことができます。
 

 

取り付けオプション

タンクプレートへの溶接 - 顧客によりタンクにタンクプレートが溶接された場合、ミキサーボルト、インペラ―はタンクプレートのベアリングポスト
タンクプレート上に設置 - 顧客によってタンクに溶接された変更されたタンクプレート、カップリングとベアリングインサートをタンクプレートに溶接したミキサー、インペラ―はベアリング上に設置
