Across these sustainability pillars and aspirations, we also align our goals to the day-to-day actions of team members that work to make Earth Day, Every Day:

  • Increase the volume of recyclable waste by 3% year-over-year by diverting waste from landfills
  • Reduce energy consumption by 3% year-over-year
  • Achieve a 10% year-over-year improvement in Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR)
  • Conduct a comprehensive Double Materiality assessment by 2025
  • Perform a detailed analysis of Scope 3 emissions by 2025
