Small Scale Spin Flash Dryers
The Small Scale Spin Flash Dryer exists in 2 types: SFD 47, SFD 51. They are both considered to be a very economical drying method due to a higher solid content in the products.
FEATURES
The SFD 47 is designed for continuous drying of cohesive and non-cohesive pastes, filter cakes, sludges as well as high-viscosity liquids. The plant is built for easy installation and maintenance.
The SFD 51 is designed to carry out large testing and small-scale production at high temperatures for continuous drying of cohesive and non-cohesive pastes, filter cakes, sludges as well as high-viscosity liquids. It is considered to be a very economical drying method due to a higher solid content in the products. The plant includes a bag filter and is heated by an indirect gas heater.
The plant is delivered as a complete standardized unit including the core drying plant, support frame, PLC control system, safety system, cabling and wiring, packing and full documentation.
