Advanced Pitch Propeller
The Advanced Pitch Propeller mixer, intelligently designed such that the geometry of the blades initially accelerates stationary fluid and then continues to convert all incoming flow into an axial, collimated plume resembling a free jet. In applications where the propeller to tank diameter is on the order of 1%, such as petroleum storage, the economics and process requirements are unsuitable for standard top entry mixing systems.
Efficient Side Entry Mixing
The side entry propeller solution delivers an exceptionally efficient flow profile that closely resembles a fluid jet. Its discharge dynamics mimic a free jet so accurately that jet physics can be applied to describe its performance—unlike other side-entering propellers that struggle to produce a fully axial jet.
Patented Circular Rake Design
Featuring a patented circular rake, the Advanced Pitch Propeller achieves superior fluid flow characteristics. This innovation enables lower mixer horsepower requirements while maintaining comparable performance to traditional marine-style propellers.
