W45 Series Check Valve

Closure Mechanism

• Electropolished spring returns the disc to the closed position when forward flow pressure is absent.
• Back flow pressure also pushes the disc into the closed position.

Seal Options

• Two available seal options: O-Ring or Tri-Ring.
• Seal in the disc OD provides tight closure.
• Metal-to-metal contact between the disc and seat ensures long-lasting, durable operation.

Material & Surface Finish

• Machined from 316L stainless steel bar.
• All polished surfaces < 32 Ra for superior cleaning.

Mounting Requirements

• Must be vertically mounted when free-draining is required.
