W80/W80A Flush Adapter Valve Series

A great solution for aseptic applications, this valve series utilizes a stem flush adapter to provide a liquid or steam barrier around the valve stem. The W80 adapter has an outer perimeter seal to the valve body with an o-ring that is located forward to the product zone to minimize crevices. The product stem passes through the adapter and is sealed in the upper part and the lower part of the adapter with o-rings.

Enhanced Aseptic Functionality

The W80A adapter provides the additional functionality to run a sterile flush on the body-to-adapter o-ring seal. While the W80 adapter only flushes the stem seal, the W80A adapter offers a fully aseptic sealing solution. The flush adapter is a direct replacement for the standard adapter piece, maintaining the same dimensions as the W60 Series and providing the same complete, flexible offering.
