BRAZILIAN DATA PROTECTION LAW

If your personal data is protected by the Brazilian Data Protection Law (“Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais” or LGPD”), the processing shall be based on the following legal basis: (i) performance of a contract to which you are a party, or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, (ii) compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation to which we are subject, (iii) our legitimate interest or that third parties, (iv) defense of rights in judicial, administrative or arbitration proceedings, (v) protection of life and physical safety, or (vi) through a consent.

You have the rights to request: (i) information about the existence of processing of your data, (ii) access to your data, (iii) alteration or correction of your data, (iv) deletion, blocking or anonymization of your data, (v) portability of your data, (vi) information about data sharing, (vii) consent information, (viii) revocation of consent. These rights may be exercised through the email data.privacy@spxflow.com. The data protection officer (“DPO”) will respond all requests within a reasonable time.

Since we operate in other countries, you are aware and agreed that your personal data may be transferred internationally. In this case, we will follow all the legal rules to respect your privacy rights. The sensitive data and the data of minors (under 18 years old) shall only be processed with the express, specific, and unambiguous consent of the data subject or the legal guardian.
