The Rannie 132Q and Gaulin 132Q are high-performance, high-pressure homogenizers engineered for exceptional particle size reduction and superior emulsion stability. Designed to meet the demands of both industrial and sanitary applications, these homogenizers deliver consistent, reliable results with maximum efficiency.

Each unit features a 5-plunger design and is available with either a Mono-Block or Three-Piece valve housing. A wide range of standard and custom options is offered, including tailored selections for plungers, packings, pump valves, valve seats, and seals to suit your specific application needs.

Flexible Capacity Range

Capacities range from 7,000 lph (1,850 gph) at 600 bar (8,700 psi) to 34,000 lph (9,000 gph) at 100 bar (1,500 psi) depending on the selected configuration.
