FEATURES

The RG4 modulating valve is designed for continuous flow and pressure control. It is equipped with a diaphragm actuator and positioner.

  • Flexible design - the shaft and seat can be changed to accommodate changed Kvs values (fully developed modular system)
  • Easy to maintain - the valve insert can be lifted out completely
  • Valve design and testing according to DIN IEC 534

All stainless steel product contact parts are made of AISI 316L / DIN EN 1.4404 grade material. Available in nominal dimensions DN 25 – DN 150 and 1” – 4”. In addition, SPX FLOW offers RG4 modulating valves in noise reduced design.

All industries. For hygienic applications with flexible Kvs values. For aseptic applications the valve can be supplied with PTFE diaphragm, stainless steel bellow or steam barrier (RGMS4).
