VT / HT Origin Series - Scraped Surface Heat Exchangers
APV VT / HT Origin Series is designed for robust and efficient heat transfer. Offering application adaptability, flexible configuration and ease of maintenance.
The APV VT / HT Origin scraped surface heat exchanger, operates on an adaptable platform and is specifically designed to operate under harsh conditions where other heat exchanger technologies may fail or lose operational efficiency over time. The APV VT / HT can be sold as equipment at the component level or as part of an APV system solution.
Sanitary Compliance and Performance
With compliance to 3-A sanitary requirements, the APV VT / HT Origin effectively heats or cools low and medium viscous products with or without particles. There are two primary configurations for the APV VT / HT Origin scraped surface heat exchanger:

The APV VT / HT Origin Series is specifically engineered to operate within a temperature range of -10 to 150°C (14 to 302°F) and a design pressure of up to 20 bar (290 psi) in the standard version. Additionally, it is available in an optional version that can handle up to 25 bar (362 psi) of pressure.
The material options used in its construction enable the handling of challenging fluids such as acidic products. Its flow-design ensures minimal pressure drop, allowing for the processing of products containing particles and solids.

No matter your specific application, the multiple Origin options provide a customized design that perfectly fits your current requirements and remains adaptable for future processing needs.
The APV VT / HT Origin scraped surface heat exchanger offers flexibility based on your product, production volume, hygienic requirements, space constraints and heating/cooling medium. Its modular design allows for easy adjustment to meet your process needs.
For process customization, you can choose between stainless steel or duplex steel and there are three optional rotor diameters available. The standard offering includes a self-loading hinged scraper blade, while a floating flat blade is suitable for various products, including those with particulates. Additional options include rotor heating, insulation and double mechanical seals.
The APV VT / HT Origin Series adheres to 3-A sanitary design and fabrication standards and is certified for PED, CE and CRN compliance. The design is built to EHEDG standards although a certificate was not pursued.
