Ideal for margarine and shortening processing, the 250S also supports the production of low-fat spreads, butter, butter blends and other thermally processed foods that require precise temperature control and consistent crystallization.
Reliable Performance in a Compact Design
This compact scraped surface heat exchanger features up to four flangeless, corrugated, multi-layer chilling tubes—each with its own cooling system—and operates using ammonia or Freon refrigerants. Every tube is equipped with automatic temperature regulation to ensure accurate cooling across a range of formulations. The Kombinator 250S is engineered for reliability, durability and adaptability, with a hygienic design that complies with international food industry certifications.
